Africa Sports Ventures Group (ASVG) Signs Collaboration MOU with Global Leader in sports and leisure equipment; the ABEO Group and Brand It Solutions.

Houston, Texas USA, August 28^th 2020: The CEO of Africa Sports Ventures Group (ASVG) Mr. Leslie Koroma Sr is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into an official Collaboration with the ABEO Group, and Brand It Solutions after an MOU was signed by all 3 parties.

According to Mr. Koroma the companies have agreed to collaborate in the following areas:

• The organization of the virtual Pan-Africa Sports Business Summit and Expo (October 22-24, 2020)
• Investments in sports infrastructure
• Investments in flagship programs, such as the Africa Collegiate League.

The MOU between all 3 parties describes the collaboration we have agreed to and a more extensive partnership agreement will be entered into at a later stage following a number of in depth discussions. “
